Month of Coordination - $2000

Includes:

  • Three planning meetings: 2 months out, 1 month out and 2 weeks before wedding day

  • Unlimited phone calls/emails for the last two months of the planning process

  • Attendance at final venue walkthrough if requested by client or venue

  • Point of contact for vendors 1 month prior to wedding day

  • Creation of event timeline + vendor contact sheet

  • Attendance + coordination of ceremony rehearsal

  • On site vendor coordination at the ceremony + reception sites (up to 12 hours)

  • Setup and teardown of all personal + decor items

  • Free use of decor items listed on Decor Inventory page (additional cost for arbor rental)

Partial Planning - $3200

Includes:

  • Monthly planning meetings 

  • Creation of monthly checklists throughout wedding planning process

  • Assistance with vendor research

  • Access to preferred vendor list

  • Attendance at vendor meetings

  • Assistance with design + decor planning

  • Unlimited emails throughout the planning process

  • Attendance at final venue walkthrough

  • Point of contact for vendors upon booking

  • Creation of event timeline + vendor contact sheet

  • Attendance + coordination of ceremony rehearsal

  • On site vendor coordination at the ceremony + reception sites (up to 12 hours)

  • Setup + teardown of all personal + decor items

Full Service Planning - $5000

**Full Service Planning can begin anytime during the planning process

Includes:

  • Unlimited communication during the planning process

  • Assistance with wedding/event budget planning

  • Assistance with vendor research, quotes, communications and contracts

  • Scheduling of and attending all vendor meetings

  • Point of contact for vendors throughout the entire planning process

  • Creation of monthly checklists throughout the wedding planning process

  • Assistance with accommodation for out of town guests

  • Assistance with design + decor planning

  • Creation of event timeline + vendor contact sheet

  • Attendance + coordination of ceremony rehearsal

  • On site vendor coordination at the ceremony + reception sites (up to 12 hours)

  • Setup + teardown of all personal + decor items
